NJBHOF Induction Ceremony

[November 12, 2015 – Live at the event – Pattee Mak] – The 46th annual dinner induction ceremony was held at the beautiful Venetian, 546 River Drive, Garfield, NJ. The inductees were as follows: John Brown, Valentin Contreras, George Hill, Bill Johnson, Andre Kut, Curtis Parker, Daryl Peoles, Mark Taffet (presenting the award to Taffet was Oscar De La ahoya) Donald Trump, Micky Ward and Dave Weinberg.

The posthumously awards were given to Bouie Fisher, Kevin Smith and Harry Wiley.

The NJ Amateur Boxer of the Year was Kah-Shad Elliot. The Amateur Coach of the Year was Jimmy (Jaye) Baxley, the Amateur Official of the Year was Carmen Bailly, the Professional Boxer of the Year was John Thompson and the Man of the Year was Larry Hazzard, Sr.

Boxing judge Steve Weisfeld’s daughter, Danielle Weisfeld sang the national anthem.
