Why isn’t Amateur boxer, Kevan Bonilla of Bridgeport, Connecticut not going to the Nationals?

I ran into Bonilla over the weekend at an amateur boxing event in Hartford, Connecticut. I was disappointed that he was not fighting that nite and then he told me he wasn't fighting next weekend at the Nationals... WHAT!!!! I had to get more info.
